Quality policy

ESTABLECIMIENTOS OR64 was born over 25 years ago from the idea of providing services in two different areas.

On the one hand was the will to provide solutions, products and services to the industrial sector in our country, especially for those types of materials which, due to their speciality, were difficult to find in Spain.

On the other hand, we wanted to commercially represent foreign companies that offered technically complex products and that needed the help of professionals with sufficient knowledge to analyse the appropriate markets for each product.

The Management of ESTABLECIMIENTOS OR64, S.L. believes that quality aimed at satisfying customer expectations is a fundamental element that ensures the success of the company.

For this reason, the Top Management of ESTABLECIMIENTOS OR64, S.L. has established as a key objective the Commitment to quality improvement, which it achieves through its permanent leadership in such a way that it assigns all the necessary resources to ensure good management, using the analysis of the results of the processes as a means to achieve continuous improvement.

Bearing in mind that a good organisational climate and excellent communication form the foundations for an optimal performance of the staff and consequently of the company itself, these statements are the basis for the company's quality policy.

Likewise, the management considers it essential that everyone in the company takes an active part in this policy, with the daily objective of:

a) Continuous improvement.

b) The importance of complying with the requirements agreed with the client and the legal and regulatory requirements.

With the purpose of describing the general quality policy and the basic elements to guarantee it in a systematic way, the Quality Management System is established based on the EN-ISO-9001 standard, included in the Quality Manual, in the Procedures and documents that describe them, and whose provisions must be complied with by everyone in the company.

It is essential that the company's employees, to whom this policy has been communicated, understand where the organisation is heading, that they must be committed to the objectives assigned to them and that they must put into daily practice the philosophy of doing things "right the first time" so that, by taking responsibility for the quality of their work, they can raise the company's standards of both quality and competitiveness.

In order to assess progress in terms of quality, the management defines quality objectives on an annual basis.

These objectives are communicated to all staff by their respective supervisors.
